We provide property management services for the city of Varna and the area,
Ranging from basic property maintenance :
- Maintenance package costs 35 euro a month and includes visit of your property
at least twice a month, thorough inspection of the condition of your property
and your electrical appliances, airing to prevent stagnation. Representation of the property owner before third party service providers (inclusive electricity and water supply companies, electronic security companies, etc.). Paying utility bills
and your local tax (bills and taxes are not included in the monthly fee ). Monthly report emailed to the owner.
- Management package - includes the Maintenance package plus everything you need to let your property. We advertise and prepare the property for letting, place and assist guests, representation of the property owner before tour operators or travel agents. Cleaning of the property and laundering of the bed linen and towels.
- Miscellaneous services :
- Airport transfers for guests
- Police registration for guests
- Cleaning of the property
- Garden services - please visit gardening department
- Accountancy services if you have a registered bulgarian company
- Installation of an electronic security system
- Property insurance

Bear in mind that if you intend to rent you your property there are a number of specific requirements :
- for newly build properties there should permission for use granted
- property should be in excellent condition to meet tourists
